2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Java Vend LLC.
- "Customer" refers to any individual or business purchasing or hosting a vending machine.
- "Website" refers to javavendusa.com.
- "Machine" refers to any vending machine sold or placed by Java Vend LLC.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing or hosting a vending machine, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
4. Purchasing a Vending Machine
- Payment must be made in full before shipment.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.
5. Hosting a Vending Machine
- Customers hosting a Java Vend machine receive 15% commission on all sales.
- Java Vend retains ownership of hosted machines.
- Java Vend is responsible for machine maintenance and restocking.
- Host locations must ensure a power source and a designated area for the machine.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times vary depending on the location and availability of machines. Estimated delivery time is [80-120 Days].
- Java Vend is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must inspect the machine upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.
7. No Refunds Policy ( Only Returns* )
Java Vend does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Java Vend is not responsible for any loss of income, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use or failure of vending machines.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Municipality of Pennsylvania, USA.
