Return Policy

1. No Refunds – Returns Only

Java Vend does not issue refunds. However, we do accept returns with a restocking fee, as outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The machine is unused and in original packaging.
• The machine is in resalable condition with no signs of damage or use.
• The return request is made within 48 Hours of delivery.

3. Restocking Fee

• A  15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the return amount.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• The restocking fee applies to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or modified machines.
• Machines damaged due to customer negligence.
• Machines purchased as part of a clearance or final sale.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page. Include:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the machine

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

6. Return Processing

• Once the returned machine is received and inspected, we will process your return.
• The original payment method will be credited minus the restocking fee within 7-10 business days.
