How do I place an order?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?
We provide FREE shipping within the U.S. on all orders.

In-Stock Machines: Ship within 7–21 days.
Made-To-Order Machines: Ship within 75–85 days (includes manufacturing and freight).
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (additional cost).

How does the pre-order payment plan work?

25% deposit upfront to reserve your machine.
Remaining 75% due 45 days after the order date.
If not paid by Day 65, the order is canceled and the deposit is non-refundable.

Can I update my shipping address?
Yes — contact us immediately after ordering to avoid delays.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your machine ships. For made-to-order units, we provide updates throughout production and delivery.

↩️ Cancellations & Returns

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard Orders: Cancel within 5 days for a full refund.
Pre-Orders: Cancel within 7 days for a full refund of your 25% deposit.
After these windows, cancellations are not refundable due to production already being underway.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Machine must be unused and in like-new condition.
All parts, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Fees:

5% restocking fee applies to approved returns (waived if defective).
Customer covers return shipping unless the machine is defective.

What if my machine arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.
